FAQ

Is my data shared across customers?

No.

If you’re not sharing data, then how do you generate translation suggestions?

To generate translation suggestions, Lilt first queries data from public domain "background" data sets such as United Nations and European Parliament data. It then merges your translation memories.

What are your uptime service commitments?

You can always check the status of our uptime on our dedicated page.
